小剪跨比低层装配式墙体暗柱砂浆连接水平缝抗震性能试验研究

摘    要:为编制地方性低层装配式结构设计规范,课题组对2片端部设有暗柱的墙体进行了低周反复加载试验,同时对6片端部无暗柱的纯砂浆连接水平缝墙体进行了单调加载试验,主要研究了120、140 mm工程常用厚度的端部设有暗柱墙体抗震性能,并推导了其抗剪承载力计算式。结果表明,纯砂浆连接水平缝墙体破坏时抗剪强度可用于推导设有暗柱墙体的水平抗剪承载力计算式;端部设有暗柱的两种厚度墙体破坏现象与模式基本相同,属于沿水平缝的剪切滑移破坏;试件WS2比WS1承载力提高了11.66%,其中试件WS1刚度退化更为明显,耗能能力随荷载等级的增加提高更快;推导的设有暗柱墙体水平抗剪承载力计算结果与试验结果基本吻合,将对此种水平连接形式下墙体承载力计算提供重要理论依据。

Abstract:For local fabricated structure design code,group 2 slices on the wall with embedded column end of the quasi static loading test,the wall body of 6 pieces of mortar seam connection level the monotonic loading test,studies the end is equipped with two kinds of thickness of dark column wall(120 mm,140 mm)seismic performance,and the shear bearing capacity calculation formula was deduced.The results show that the shear strength can be used to deduce the calculation formula of the horizontal shear capacity of the wall with dark columns when the mortar is used to connect the wall with horizontal joints.The failure phenomenon of the wall with two kinds of thickness with dark column at the end is basically the same as the mode,which belongs to the shear failure along the horizontal joint.The bearing capacity of WS2 is 11.66%higher than that of WS1,among which the stiffness degradation of WS1 is more obvious,and the energy dissipation capacity increases faster with the increase of load grade.The calculation results of the horizontal shear capacity of the wall with dark columns are basically consistent with the test results,which will provide an important theoretical basis for the calculation of the bearing capacity of the wall with this kind of horizontal connection.
