摘    要:梁构件是装配式结构的重要组成部分,为研究其受剪性能,对6个不同结合面形式、不同剪跨比的装配整体式混凝土梁和2个现浇混凝土梁试件进行简支梁静载试验,分析其裂缝发展和破坏形态、钢筋应力应变关系、跨中挠度、延性和抗剪承载力。结合试验,使用ABAQUS建模,对剪跨比和装配式结构结合面企口长度等因素进行拓展。试验结果及有限元分析表明:装配整体式混凝土梁能够达到普通现浇梁的强度,梁的承载力、延性得到提高;装配式梁剪跨比提高,极限承载力降低;结合面形式对极限承载力的影响与梁的破坏形态有关。

Abstract:Beam member is an important part of assembled structure.To evaluate the shear performance of it,six monolithic concrete beams with different joints,different shear span ratios and two cast-in-situ concrete beams were tested under static load.The crack development and failure modes,stress-strain relationship of steel bars,midspan deflection,ductility and shear capacity were researched.Base on the experiment,ABAQUS model is used to expand the factors such as shear span ratio and entrance length of joint form.The test results and finite element analysis show that the strength of cast-in-situ concrete beams can be achieved,and the bearing capacity and ductility of beams can be improved.The ultimate bearing capacity decreases,as shear span ratio rases.The influence of joint form on ultimate bearing capacity is related to the failure mode of beams.
