Abstract:Based on the IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle power generation system) technology of a refinery using deoiled asphalt as feedstock, the hydrogen production from heavy oil gasification is studied. The results show that the cost of hydrogen is 9 683.70 yuan/t at 1 275 yuan/t of deoiled asphalt price;the cost of hydrogen is 9 032.50 yuan/t at 1 145 yuan/t of ethylene cracking tar price;the cost of hydrogen is 7 116.83 yuan/t at 760 yuan/t of FCC slurry price;the cost of hydrogen is 7 103.05 yuan/t at 700 yuan/t of residue hydrocracking unconverted oil price. The application of POX hydrogen production can not only solve the outlet problems of high-sulfur vacuum residuum, high-ash FCC slurry and high-ash residue hydrocracking unconverted oil that the refinery is faced with, but also obtain cheap hydrogen source with excellent economic benefits, which is a development direction of heavy oil processing in the future, has certain guidance and reference significance for refinery structural adjustment and new project planning.
