摘    要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为基体,与玉米秸秆纤维复合制成硅酸盐水泥基秸秆复合材料,研究了酸、碱、盐3种玉米秸秆处理液的浓度与处理时间对复合材料力学性能的影响规律,并确定了3种处理液的最佳处理浓度和处理时间。研究结果表明:当3~4 cm的秸秆纤维掺加量为50%(占水泥体积的百分比)时,随着NaOH浓度从4%增加至6%,复合材料的抗折强度增加,抗压强度增加,当NaOH浓度为6%,处理时间为12 h时,复合材料的抗折强度和抗压强度最高,分别为11.7、26.8 MPa;随着H2O2浓度从2%增加至8%,复合材料的抗折强度增加,抗压强度增加,当H2O2浓度为8%,处理时间为10 min时,复合材料的抗折强度和抗压强度最高,分别为11.3、23.6 MPa,H2O2浓度为2%,处理时间为20 min时,复合材料的抗折强度最高,为11.7 MPa,处理时间为50 min时,复合材料的抗压强度最高,为25.5 MPa;随着Na2SiO3浓度从1%增加至2%,复合材料的抗折强度增加,抗压强度增加,当Na2SiO3浓度为2%,处理时间为10 min时,复合材料的抗折强度和抗压强度最高,分别为9.9、20.1 MPa。

Abstract:Portland cement-based straw composites were prepared by using ordinary Portland cement as the matrix and corn straw fiber.The influence of the concentration and treatment time of the three kinds of corn straw treatment liquid on the mechanical properties of the composites was studied.And determine the optimal treatment concentration and treatment time for the three treatment solutions.The results show that when the 3~4 cm straw fiber is added in an amount of 50%(%of the cement volume).As the NaOH concentration increases from 4%to 6%,the flexural strength of the composite increases and the compressive strength increases.When the Na OH concentration is 6%and the treatment time is 12 h,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the composite are the highest,11.7 MPa and 26.8 MPa respectively.As the H2O2 concentration increases from 2%to 8%,the flexural strength of the composite increases and the compressive strength increases.When the H2O2 concentration is 8%,and the treatment time is 10 min,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the composite are the highest,11.3 MPa and 23.6 MPa respectively,when the H2O2 concentration is 2%and the treatment time is 20 min,the flexural strength of the composite is the highest,which is 11.7 MPa,and the treatment time is 50 min,the compressive strength of the composite is the highest,which is 25.5 MPa.As the concentration of Na2SiO3 increases from 1%to 2%,the flexural strength of the composite increases and the compressive strength increases.When the concentration of Na2SiO3 is 2%and the treatment time is 10 min,the flexural strength and compressive strength of the composite are the highest,9.9 MPa and 20.1 MPa respectively.
