开放式基金是我国投资基金发展的必然趋势

投资基金在为证券扩容补充资金、改善我国证券市场投资者结构、倡导理性投资、促进现代企业制度的形成和推动国有产权制度的改革等方面发挥了积极的作用。但由于种种原因，我国在当初历史条件的决定下所实行的封闭式基金已不太顺应时代的潮流，并引发了一系列严重的问题。为此探讨一下我国投资基金发展的出路问题。通过分析我国投资基金发展的现状、国际上投资基金发展的趋势，以及开放式基金和封闭式基金的优势对比过程中，推出我国发展开放式基金的可行性和必然性。并对开放式基金发展的具体事项提出了一些建议。

The open fund is the inevitable trend of Chinese invest fund development

The invest fund plays an important role in expanding supplementary money for the security market,improving the structure of the investors in the security market,promoting reasonable investment,spurring the formation of the modern enterprise system and the reform of the state run property system.But for some reason,the close fund restricted by the original condition has not keep up with the times and brought about a series of serious questions.The future development of our invest fund is discussed.A conclusion that the development of the open fund is feasible and necessary is drawn ,through the analysis of the present condition of our invest fund ,the trend of the invest fund in the world ,and the comparison between the open fund and the close fund .What's more ,some advice in developing open fund is given.
