轿车偏置碰撞耐撞性仿真分析

摘    要:乘用车正面碰撞的乘员保护标准(GB11551-2003)是我国汽车碰撞方面唯一强制实施的标准,所有上市车辆都必须按此标准通过碰撞试验。目前欧洲、澳大利亚的正面碰撞法规中采用的是56 km/h的40%ODB碰撞试验方法。为了综合评价汽车结构的耐撞性,根据欧洲的NCAP试验标准,对轿车在偏置条件下的结构耐撞性进行了仿真研究。

Abstract:GB11551-2003 Occupant Protection of Frontal Impact is an only compulsive and executable standard that all vehicles on the market have to pass.All vehicles on the market must withstand successfully the impacting test as per GB11511-2003 standard.Now the frontal impact rule of Euro and Australia are using new crash test method under the condition of 56 km/h and 40% offset.To achieve the synthetic assessment of vehicle crashworthiness,the crashworthiness of the car was simulated under the offset condition based on EURO NCAP test statute and was studied as well.
