摘    要:探讨采用LabVIEW构建了虚拟仪器并将其应用在凸轮机构检测、机构运动分析、机械零件几何量测量等机械基础的综合实验中,结果表明具有数据处理能力强、能够快速得到实验结果、系统重组时间短、易于扩展组成新的自动测试系统等特点,将是今后现代机械基础综合实验教学中的一种先进技术手段。

The Application and Research of LabVIEW Virtual Instrument Technology in Mechanical Basic Experimental Teaching

Abstract:A virtual instrument based on LabVIEW, which is applied in experimental teaching of the mechanical basic, is introduced in this paper. The virtual instrument has been used to measure the cam, analyze the movement of structure, and test the geometric feature of mechanical parts in our experimental teaching. The result shows that this virtual instrument based on LabVIEW has a lot of advantages on the data processing, the system reconstruct, and the scalable, etc. This virtual instrument will be a good way to the modern measuring on experimental teaching of the mechanical basic.
