摘    要:在三坐标测量机的基础上给出了一种数字化测量曲面轮廓的方法,通过测球半径的补偿、坐标系的建立、最佳测量路径的规划以及混合编程扫描,提高了测量精度及扫描测量的效率,采集到的数据可以反映曲面的几何特征,并结合UG/CAD/CAM软件创建涡轮数字化的几何模型。

The Computer Aided Design Technology for Impellers Based on Reverse Engineering in UG

Abstract:One digitized survey curved surface outline method in the coordinate measuring machines foundation is given. The measuring accuracy and the scanning survey efficiency are increased through measured the radius of a sphere the compensation, the coordinate system establishment, and the best survey way plan, as well as the mixture programming scanning. Moreover the gathered data may reflect the curved surface the geometry characteristic, the UG/CAD/CAM software is unified to set up the impeller digitization the geometry model.
