侵蚀电流对中高压电容器铝箔孔密度和电容量的影响

摘    要:研究了盐酸与硫酸的混酸中直流电侵蚀下,电流密度对电解电容器用高纯铝箔的腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:铝箔侵蚀电流密度可以决定蚀孔的尺寸和孔密度,改变电流密度,可以使铝箔获得不同的起始发孔密度和电容量。大电流侵蚀形成孔径小但孔密度较大的铝箔蚀孔;小电流侵蚀形成孔径较大但孔密度较小的铝箔蚀孔;同一种铝箔的发孔密度随电流密度的增大而增加。

Abstract:Al foil for electrolytic capacitors of middle and high voltage is etched by DC current in hot mixture solution of hydrochloric and sulfuric acid. The test results show that the size and density of the etched pits change with the current density. The pit size is smaller and the pit density higher at higher current density; and vice versa.
