水轮机叶片汽蚀损伤的分析

摘    要:用扫描电镜对水轮机叶片发生汽蚀的原因进行了详细分析,用探针对汽蚀部位的成分进行了测定。微观分析发现水轮机叶片(20MnSi钢)及其焊接热影响区的汽蚀为机械腐蚀疲劳。水轮机叶片有较大的工作应力、热影响区的晶粒粗大以及水介质的腐蚀性是产生机械腐蚀疲劳汽蚀的重要原因。

Abstract:The causes for cavitation erosion of the hydraulic turbine blade were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope, and the chemical composition of the cavitation erosion position was measured by electron probe. Microanalysis results show that the cavitation erosions of hydraulic turbine blades and its heat-affected zone are caused by mechanical and corrosion fatigue. The larger tension stress in the hydraulic turbine blades, grain coarsening in the heat-affected zone and the causticity of fluid medium are the major causes of cavitation erosion.
