电动车用铅酸蓄电池研制初探

摘    要:分析了国内外电动车铅酸蓄电池的现状。对比能量和循环寿命的关系进行了讨论,认为把涂膏式铅酸蓄电池的比能量定在35~37Wh/kg(3小时率)是合适的,近期循环寿命500次,中远期600~800次(75%放电)是可行的。对电池的结构、材料、以及需要攻关的工作进行了研究和分析。

Abstract:The current status of lead-acid batteries used for EV both at home and abroad has been reviewed and the relationship hetween the specif ic energy and the cycling life discussed. It is reasonable to define the specific energy (in weight) of pasted plate batteries as 35~37 Wh/kg and their cycling lives as 500 cycles (75 % depth of discharge) and 600~800 cycles respectively for the short and long term. Also the battery design and material as well as related tough problems have been studied.
