用FX2可编程控制器对几何磨床的改造

为彻底解决备件问题，采用FX2可编程控制器对CEP 22H几何磨床进行改造。根据控制对象的功能要求和已有的开关、按钮、接近开关、电磁阀、接触器等元器件，选择可编程控制器的硬件。并按模块化结构重新设计了可编程控制器的应用程序，编程思路清晰，使用维护方便。

The application of FX2 programmable controller in the reformation of geometric grinder

In order to resolve completely the problem of spares,the CEP 22H geometric grinder was reformed by FX2 programmable controller.The hardware of programmable controller was chosen on the basis of the function of control object and the switch,push button,proximity switch,valve,contactor of the grinder.We divide the software of programmable controller into six module.The train of the program is distinct,and the use and maintain of the program is convenient.
