16000 kN卧式双动挤压机活动横梁修理

挤压机活动横梁下部发生断裂并产生裂缝,丧失功能需进行修理。采用自制的、具有锁紧装置的液压顶紧装置将其复位后,在裂缝上面、下面和侧面分别采用二氧化碳气体保护焊和直流弧焊的方法进行焊接。采用焊前预热、焊中保温、焊后低温回火和每焊一层后振动打击的方法消除焊接应力。焊接修理后恢复了活动横梁的功能,经过几年的使用证明,满足压机的功能要求。
