摘    要:分析了造成厚板板形和力学性能不合格的原因,通过采取改造翻板机、优化驱动电机的控制和改造轧后控冷系统等措施,使厚板的板形无质量异议,产品一次性能合格率从78.26%提高到95.43%。

Abstract:The causes of bad profile shape and performance of heavy plate were analyzed. Some equipment and controled cooling system were reformed. Therefore, the performance qualified rate of heary plate was increased from 78.26% to 95.43%.
