摘    要:本文通过对中日食品安全监管机制的对比研究,主要介绍了中日食品安全监管模式和理念的差异,法律法规体系和标准体系的优缺点,进口食品安全监控机制的利与弊,为完善我国食品安全技术性贸易措施提供参考.
