摘    要:脱气器作为气测录井的必需配套设备,其性能优劣直接决定气体检测分析效果,进而影响油气层的准确识别与解释评价结果。通过对脱气器的发展进行回顾,探讨各个发展阶段脱气器的优点与不足,并以现场实际应用数据及与邻井对比结果为依据,分析了气动脱气器的优势为:①与传统电动脱气器相比,其在可燃性气体含量较高的地区应用时,防爆安全性能更高;②气动脱气器的动力源由井场提供,可避免因电动脱气器电机损坏造成的录井资料的漏失;③气动压力可调节,可根据实际需要选择适合的气动压力,确保气测值在合理的区间,保证气测分析精度。因此,推荐采用半定量气动脱气器。

Abstract:As the necessary ancillary equipment for gas logging,the performance advantages and disadvantages of the degassers can directly determine the analysis effect of gas detection,thereby affect the accurately identification and interpretation and evaluation results of oil and gas layers.By reviewing the development of the degassers,the paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages during the development of degassers at the various stages,and based on the actual application data and the results compared with the adjacent wells,analyzed the advantages of pneumatic degassers:①compared with the traditional electric degasser,when it is used in areas with high content of flammable gas,its explosion-proof safety is higher,②its power source is provided by well site,thus it can avoid mud logging data loss due to the damage caused by the electric degasser motor,③pneumatic pressure can be adjusted and can be selected according to actual needs,thus ensuring that the gas logging values are in a reasonable range to guarantee the analysis accuracy of gas logging.Therefore,semi-quantitative pneumatic degasser is recommended.
