摘    要:以2-甲基萘为原料,乙酸为溶剂,过氧化氢作为氧化剂,在过硫酸铵的催化作用下合成2-甲萘醌,采用高效液相色谱法检测产品纯度。结果表明,在2-甲基萘与乙酸物质的量比为1:15、过氧化氢与2-甲基萘物质的量比为1:11.5时,加入过硫酸铵为2-甲基萘质量的2%,于75 ℃条件下反应4 h,2-甲基萘转化率最大为56.4%,2-甲萘醌收率最高达36.5%。

Abstract:In this paper,2-menaphthalene quinone was synthesized under the catalysis of ammonium persulfate using 2-menaphthalene as raw material,glacial acetic acid as solvent and H2O2 as oxidant.The purity was determined by HPLC.Results showed that conversion of 2-methylnaphthalene was 56.4%,and yield of 2-methylnaphthalene was up to 36.5% after 4 h of reaction at 75 ℃ when mole ratio of 2-methylnaphthalene to acetic acid was 1:15,mole ratio of H2O2 to 2-methylnaphthalene was 1:11.5,the amount of ammonium persulfate added was 2% of the mass of 2-methylnaphthalene.
