聚丙烯纤维砂浆抗裂性能的定量图像分析

摘    要:结合数字图像分析技术,提出了评价纤维砂浆抗裂性能的方法。自行设计一套模具,研究了聚丙烯纤维长度和掺量对砂浆抗裂性能的影响,并分析了纤维砂浆的抗裂机理。研究结果表明:聚丙烯纤维能显著降低水泥砂浆的早期塑性开裂,且随着纤维掺量和长度的增加,其抗裂性能增强。这一研究方法实现了纤维抗裂性能的定量表征,为聚丙烯纤维在砂浆及混凝土中的应用提供了参考。
