乙烯裂解炉空气预热器改造

摘    要:为了减少燃料气消耗,采用乙烯装置急冷水的富余热量对裂解炉空气预热,并对兰州石化460 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉进行了改造,在裂解炉底部空气入口安装空气预热器.通过对比空气预热器投用前后的相关数据得出,该装置燃料气单耗降低了3 kg/t,每年产生经济效益414万元.

Abstract:To reduce the fuel gas consumption,the waste heat of the quench water of ethylene plant is used to preheat the air in the cracking furnance.And the ethylene cracking furnace system in a 460 kt/a ethylene plant of PetroChina Lanzhou petrochemical company is modified by installing a air preheater in the air inlet of the bottom of cracking furnance.The results show that,after modification,the energy consumption of fuel gas has been decreased by 3 kg/t and the benefit is 4 140 000 per year.
