| 摘 要： | 为了便于大量动态目标实时地理信息系统的开发，基于开放式地理信息系统，通过系统体系结构和数据处理2方面的设计，给出一种跨操作系统的开放式地理信息系统开发平台的设计方案。该方案所设计的开发平台具有良好的后台数据处理能力和动态刷新性能，同时具有较强的可靠性、开放性和一定的实用价值。 |
