| 摘 要： | 在构成党的执政道德基础的诸要素中,最重要的就是人民群众的心理向背.加强党的执政能力建设,其直接效果就是巩固与扩大党的执政基础.必须从多方面夯实党长期执政的道德合理性基础.党只有全面贯彻"三个代表"重要思想,真正做到"执政为民",不断加强党执政道德的合理性基础,才能成为领导中国社会主义现代化建设的坚强支柱.

| Abstract: | Among all the factors that construct the reign moral basis of our Party,the most mportant one is the will of the people.The direct effect of strengthening the construction of the Party' s reign ability is the consolidation and expansion of the Party' s reign basis.We should tamp our Party' s long-term reign moral rationality basis form various aspects.Our Party should thoroughly carry out the important thoughts of "Three Representatives" and "Reign for the People",continuously strengthen the reign moral rationality basis and then it can become the rigid support to lead the construction of China' s socialism modernization. |
