城市水中天然溶解有机质分子量的研究进展

摘    要:溶解有机质(DOM)存在于所有的水环境中,它是组成不定、结构复杂和分子量分布很宽的有机化合物混合体.文中论述了测量DOM分子量的主要方法,常用的高效体积排阻色谱法的原理和优缺点;描述DOM平均分子量的术语;介绍了DOM分子量分布的研究现状,为以后研究DOM分子量提供文献资料.

Abstract:Dissolved organic matter(DOM) is a complex compound with wide molecular weight.There are many methods to determine the molecular weight of DOM,including high-performance size exclusion chromatography(HPSEC),ultrafiltration(UF),ultracentrifugation(UC),flow field flow fractionation(FFFF),and vapor pressure osmometry(VPO).The most extensively used method is HPSEC.We introduce the theory of HPSEC,its advantages and disadvantages,and the calibration method.There are many terms to introduce the averaged molecular weight.The study of molecular weight of DOM has developed for several decades.And it is valuable for later studies.
