深基坑钢板桩支护受力分析和安全稳定计算

摘    要:现以南水北调中线天津干线天津2段输水箱涵为例,介绍了基坑开挖钢板桩垂直支护的设计,根据钢板桩的实际受力状况建立力学模型,通过理论计算,确定钢板桩的实际受力及支护结构的稳定性,以确保支护结构的精确性和安全性,从而满足工程施工需要。着重从作用于板桩上的土压力强度及压力分布、计算反弯点位置、计算钢板桩的最小入土深度、钢板桩稳定性验算等几个方面进行理论计算分析。此外,简单介绍了钢板桩的施工工艺和方法,及在施工过程中的注意事项。

Stress Analysis and Security Stability Calculation of the Steel Sheet Pile Support in Deep Foundation Pit

Abstract:It introduced the design of vertical support of steel sheet pile in fourdation pit excavation in the case of box culvert of Tianjin main channel in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. A mechanical model is established according to the actual stress state of the steel sheet pile. The actual stress of steel sheet pile and the stability of support structure are determined through theoretical calculatioin in order to ensure the precision and security of the support structure and satiny the requirement of construction. The theoretical calculation analysis is mainly made from several aspects,inclu-ding the soil pressure intensity and pressure distribution acted on the sheet pile, calculation of the contra flexural point position, calculation of the smallest embedded depth of the steel sheet pile, checking computation of the steel sheet pile's stability and so on. In addition,the construction technique and method of the steel sheet pile and cautions in the construction process are also simply introduced.
