卧式加工中心几何精度立体检验的研究

摘    要:根据卧式加工中心加工零件时影响加工精度的误差实情,建立起机床立方体工作区精度系统。提出分别以镗孔精度、铣沟槽精度和轮廓加工精度表征卧式加工中心工作精度的概念,从而解决了检出的机床几何精度与被加工零件的相应型面精度之间无直接对应关系的难题。用于实践,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:Based on the actual situations of errors influencing machining accuracy for horizontal machining center, accuracy system for cube machining area of the machine is established. A concept for expressing the operation accuracy of horizontal machining center by boring accuracy, slot-milling accuracy and profile-machining accuracy is presented, which solves the problem as that it has no direct corresponding relationship between the inspected machine geometric accuracy and contour accuracy of machined part. It has got a good result when it is used in practice.
