摘    要:新疆下坂地水利枢纽大坝是高原、高寒、高地震烈度地区首座沥青混凝土心墙高坝。其所处的高寒、缺氧、大风沙等恶劣环境给沥青混凝土心墙的碾压施工提出了挑战。通过选择合适施工时段、采取设定温控上限值和保温等措施,有效应对了低温的不利影响;通过增加夜间施工、采用大摊铺层厚、预留大面积连续横向接头等措施,降低了恶劣环境对施工效率的影响,保证了施工进度。对以后在类似高原、高寒地区的心墙碾压施工具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:The dam of Xiabandi Hydro-complex is the first high asphalt concrete core dam in the zone of plateau,alpine and high earthquake intensity.The rolling construction of asphalt concrete core wall faces the challenge of adverse environmental conditions such as low temperature,oxygen lack and strong sandstorm weather.The lower temperature difficulties were solved by adopting measures such as construction in proper time,choosing upper-limit of temperature control,temperature insulation;while the low work efficiency caused by adverse condition was improved by increasing night construction time,adopting larger rolling layer thickness and reserving wide transversal joints.The adopted measures have significant reference values for other core wall construction in plateau and alpine area.
