摘    要:瀑布沟大坝采用砾石土心墙坝,为了保证砾石土料源质量,在开采前,通过料场复查和土料物理力学指标等室内实验,确定了施工参数和开采范围;在开挖过程中,采取了一系列开采方案调整及工艺质量控制措施。为提高砾石土料生产效率,加强了砾石土开采、筛分、运输等环节的管理,并由专人控制表层剥离料厚度和剥离工艺,通过以上措施,使砾石土料开挖和供料质量达到了设计要求,为满足大坝填筑强度和质量要求提供了供料保证。

Abstract:The core dam was adopted in Pubugou Hydropower Station.In order to ensure the quality of the material sources of gravel soil,before soil mining,the construction parameters and mining zone were determined after recheck of the material field and physico-mechanical parameters test of the soil.In the process of excavation,the excavation schemes were adjusted and the controlling measures of the technology and quality were adopted.In order to improve the productive efficiency,the management of the mining,screening,transportation of gravel soil was strengthened.Moreover,the thickness and technics of surface peeling were controlled by specifically appointed personnel.Through the above measures,the quality of gravel soil met the design requirements,which provided a guarantee of the material source for dam filling.
