计算刷式汽封泄漏流动的多孔介质模型

摘    要:通过对刷式密封刷丝束中泄漏流动特点的分析,把刷丝束当作多孔介质来处理,有效简化刷丝束中复杂的泄漏流动,建立了刷丝束中多孔介质的泄漏流动模型。刷式密封内泄漏流动的特性采用的是基于多孔介质模型Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes方程的数值计算方法进行研究的。计算和分析了不同转速、不同压差和不同孔隙率下的泄漏流量。计算结果表明:在相同的孔隙率下,压差越大泄漏量越大;在相同的压差下,孔隙率越小,泄漏量越小;刷式密封的泄漏量与轴的转速无关。通过数值计算和实验结果的对比,两者数据吻合较好,验证了采用多孔介质模型模拟刷式密封刷丝束的可行性。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the flow characteristics of the brush seal leakage in the brush,the leakage flow model of the porous media model of the brush is made,which can simplify the complexity of the leakage flow in the brush.In order to calculate the actual brush seal in the ring of the leakage,the leakage flow behavior is numerically investigated using the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes solution based on the porous medium model.The leakage flow rate is numerically calculated and analyzed in different speeds,pressure and porosity.The results show that under the same porosity,the greater the pressure,the greater the leakage;under the same pressure,the smaller the porosity,the smaller the leakage.Brush seal leakage has nothing to do with the shaft speed.By the comparison of the numerical and experimental results,the identical data proves the feasibility of using the porous media model to simulate the brush seal.
