汉源新县城建设工程援建施工项目管理

瀑布沟水电站位于四川省汉源县境内，由于汉源新县城移民安置工程进度滞后，影响到水电站如期下闸蓄水。为加快新县城建设，妥善安置移民，使电站按期投产运行，采用援助方式，组建了“援建汉源新县城项目部”，负责组织援建项目施工，严格按工期要求实施施工进度计划，督促施工单位、监理单位定期检查施工进度计划执行情况，实现合同约定的施工安全、施工质量、施工进度、施工环境保护等工程建设目标。经过努力，援建工作顺利实现了预期目标。

Project management of aid project construction for new Hanyuan county

Pubugou Hydropower Station is located in Hanyuan County of Sichuan Province,due to the lagging of resettlement in the new county town,the impoundment of the reservoir is seriously affected.To speed up the construction of the new county town,resettle the relocates properly and make the power station put into operation on schedule,a Reconstruction Project Department of New Hanyuan County town is established.The project department is responsible for organizing the construction of aid project in strict accordance with the construction schedule,urging the construction unit and supervision unit to inspect the progress implementation regularly and realizing the construction targets of the contract,such as construction safety,construction quality,construction progress,environmental protection and so on.Through the efforts,the expected targets of aid construction projects are realized.
