摘    要:对某型号超超临界汽轮机和某型号超临界汽轮机的高中压缸中4个典型的抽汽系统进行了数值模拟,获得了各抽汽系统内部的复杂流场数据,定量地给出了4个抽汽模型内各部分的流动损失,结合相对应截面的流线图,分析了各抽汽系统内的流动损失特性,并在此基础上,对比分析了不同的抽汽结构对流动损失的影响。研究结果对理解和掌握典型的汽轮机抽汽系统内部流动和损失特性具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:Four typical extraction systems in high and intermediate pressure cylinder of an ultra supercritical steam turbine are numerically simulated with CFD software,and the flow field in the four extraction systems and the flow losses are acquired quantitatively,then the characteristics of flow loss with the streamline of different planes are analyzed.Based on above,the effects of extraction structures on flow losses of four extraction systems are compared and analyzed.The research results have an important referential meaning for understanding the flow and loss characteristics of the typical extraction systems.
