成都梯调中心专业气象业务体系的设计研究

摘    要:为了满足长江中上游流域滚动开发对气象预报服务的需求,按照三峡总公司的规划设计的要求,并结合三峡水利枢纽成都梯调中心专业气象台的筹建,设计了一套三峡水利成都梯调中心专业气象业务体系。阐述了该系统的设计目标、设计原则、总体框架、设计规模、系统功能等内容,系统要求达到与三峡梯调中心既协同共享,又互为备用的目的,同时形成有机整体的专业气象服务体系,为正在进行的系统开发和业务组建工作提供了基础。体系设计完成后,其整体能够达到国内领先水平。

Abstract:In order provide the meteorological forecast service for progressive hydropower development in upper Yangtze River,in accordance with the requirements of China Three Gorges Corporation for planning and designing,combining with the preparations of building special meteorological observatory for Chengdu cascade dispatching center of the TGP,a professional meteorological services operation system is designed.The goals and principles of design,the general framework,design scale and the functions are made clear.The system is required to reach the goal of sharing and mutual back-up with Three Gorges cascade dispatching center and to form an organic integrated professional weather services system.The whole system is advanced within the domestic range.
