MLCC内电极厚度对其性能影响的研究

摘    要:贱金属多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)的内电极镍层厚度对其常规电性能、耐热冲击和绝缘稳定性有严重的影响.通过试验研究发现,镍层厚度在1 μm左右,可获得常规电性能良好和高可靠性的贱金属多层陶瓷电容器产品(BME-MLCC).

Abstract:The inner electrode thickness of base metal multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCC) have serious impact on the performance of MLCC,including basic electrical property,resistance to thermal shock and IR stability.It is discovered by test that when the inner electrode thickness is about 1μm,we can get perfect BME-MLCC with good basic electrical property and high reliability.
