摘    要:印制电路板的可制造性设计主要解决电路板设计和工艺制造之间的接口问题,可制造性设计具有缩短开发周期、降低成本和提高产品质量等优点,是取得成功的有效途径.从PCB的加工、电路板和元器件的选用、PCB布局、元器件间距及设备要求等方面分析,提出诸多可制造性设计要求.

Abstract:Design for Manufacture of Print Circuit Board(PCB) mainly solves the problems of the interface between circuit board design and process manufacture.The design,which is an effective way to success,will shorten development cycle,reduce cost,and enhance product quality.Analyze PCB processing,selection of circuit board components,PCB layout,distances between components,requirement of equipment to PCB,propose many requirements of manufacturability design.
