Internal Arcing Fault Testing Analysis in Low Voltage Drive Cabinet

Internal arcing test was a special test to enclosed low voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.Aim of this test was to validate insulation intensity and resisting arc burn intensity under condition of arcing due to internal fault in cabinet;to verify if cabinet frame design and manufacture quality could satisfy requirement on the safe side and to evaluate the limiting ability of personal harm risk by internal arcing fault in enclosed assemblies.Testing aim,parameter setting and result analysis were given according to the corresponding standard.
