低压传动柜内部故障电弧试验分析

摘    要:内部故障电弧试验是低压成套开关设备和控制设备的特殊试验,目的在于验证柜体内部电弧的绝缘强度和抗电弧燃爆破损的强度,检验成套设备柜体结构设计与制造的质量是否满足使用安全可靠性的要求,评价成套设备限制由内部故障造成人员伤害风险的能力。依据相关标准,全面阐述了低压传动装置并网柜的内部故障电弧试验的目的、试验参数设置,并对试验结果进行了分析。

Abstract:Internal arcing test was a special test to enclosed low voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.Aim of this test was to validate insulation intensity and resisting arc burn intensity under condition of arcing due to internal fault in cabinet;to verify if cabinet frame design and manufacture quality could satisfy requirement on the safe side and to evaluate the limiting ability of personal harm risk by internal arcing fault in enclosed assemblies.Testing aim,parameter setting and result analysis were given according to the corresponding standard.
