| 摘 要： | 设计了一种基于IPC-610工控机的剩余电流保护器动作特性试验装置,由剩余电流产生、电流采集、逻辑控制及电机保护等电路模块组成,详细阐述了剩余电流保护器动作特性试验装置的硬件结构设计。通过实际应用证明,该装置对电子式和电磁式剩余电流保护器采用不同的检测方法,均可有效提高试验的精确度。

| Abstract: | A test device of the operating characteristics of residual current device based on IPC was designed.Taking IPC610H as core,the device consisted of several modules,such as generating residual current,current collection,logic control and motor protection circuit et al.The design of hardware was expounded.The practical application showed that the device on the electronic and electromagnetic residual current tevice using different test methods could effectively improve the accuracy of testing. |
