| Abstract: | The amalgamation of colleges has some effect on file arrangement. This paper focuses on such problems as establishment of archives system, personnel placement, financial cost, departmental archives establishment, sorting of files, files with characteristics and digitalization construction, and puts forward corresponding solutions. |
