黄河水资源利用经济效益初步分析

根据“黄河流域水资源经济模型”研究项目的需要,结合黄河流域的实际情况,提出黄河水资源利用经济效益分析的目的,任务,要求和方法,以黄河水资源利用预测水平年（２０００年）的开发方案为例,对黄河水资源利用的经济效益状况进行初步分析。结果表明,黄河水资源利用的多年平均年净效益为６０４亿元,单位水量净效益为１．２４元／ｍ＾３,效益主要分布在龙门以下的中,下游地区。

Preliminary Economic Analysis of the Yellow River Water Resources Exploitation

s required by the subject of"Yellow River Baisn water Resources Economic Model Study"and inlight of the rarity of the Yellow myer Basin.the objects,taSks,requirementS and methods are proposed forthe economic analysis of the Yellow River water exploitation.Taking the scenario in the base year of 2000as an example to predict the water exploitation, preliminary economic analysis has been performed of theYellow River water resources utilization.As the results suggest,the long-term net benefit avetages 60.4 billion RMB and the net benefit per unit water is 1. 24RMB/m3.Such benefits are mainly disttibuted in themiddle and lower reaches downstream of Lagmen.
