刚性聚氨酯/环氧树脂分子复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:用原位聚合法制备了刚性聚氨酯/环氧树脂分子复合材料。用红外光谱法(IR)分析了中间产物结构;测定了复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度;用热失重法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了材料的耐热稳定性;用扫描电镜(SEM)表征了材料的冲击断裂面形态。结果表明,在所得复合材料中,当刚性聚氨酯含量不高时,其冲击强度、拉伸强度和耐热稳定性能同时得到提高;若刚性聚氨酯含量超过一定范围,则随着材料的冲击强度增加,

Abstract:Molecular composite of rigid PU/EP were prepared by in situ polymerizaiton. The tensile and impact strength of the composites were measured. TG and DSC were used to study thermostability of the composites. The impact fracture faces of the composites were characterized by SEM. The results show that when the amount of rigid PU in the composites is small, the tensile and impact strength and thermostability are increased simultaneously. If the amount of rigid PU is large, the tensile strength of the composites becomes decrease along with its imcrease of impact strength.
