| 摘 要： | 通过间歇精馏和亚沸精馏相结合的方式实现了由工业级异丙醇连续生产电子级别异丙醇,产品质量达到了SEMI-C8标准;在生产色谱级别异丙醇的过程中使用了模拟和实验相结合的方式,节省了实验时间,同时研究了不同塔对产品异丙醇收率的影响。

| Abstract: | Continuous production of electronic grade isopropanol from technical grade isopropanol was achieved by the way of batch distillation combined with sub-boiling distillation, and product quality met SEMI-C8 standard. The method of simulation combined with experiment was efficient in the production of GC grade isopropanol, and the effect of different distillation columns on the yield of isopropanol was also studied. |
