一种新型PID调节器的硬件电路设计

摘    要:本论文讨论的是数字PID调节器。该调节器具有3路电压输入和1路电流输入,1路经过隔离的电流输出。面板上还具有4个按键,可以方便地进行操作。面板上的数码管可以显示两排数字,人机交互性强。微处理器采用89C52,并且串行接口采用了RS-485,可以进行在线下载和调试,以及与其它设备的连接。

Abstract:This subject ,digital PID regulator, imitates LU- 900M. This device has four interfaces which import voltage and one inter- face which imports electric current. And this device has one interface which exports isolated electric current, sometimes, this port can be used as an interface which exports isolated voltage. This device also has an interface which exports voltage. Still this device has 4 buttons on the panel, which can operate very conveniently. The man- machine interaction is very good. The microprocessor adopts 89C52, and serial interface has adopted RS- 485, can download and debug online, and connect with other equipments.
