摘    要:变压器有载调压分接开关广泛应用于电力系统电压调节中,而机械误动或故障是其主要故障类型,因此监测其机械性能对保障电力系统安全、稳定与可靠运行具有重要意义。利用旋转角度信号传感器和数字信号处理技术,提出了一种在线监测方法,以测量、分析和评估OLTC驱动电机旋转角度的动态或瞬态变化,利用该方法可有效判断机械驱动系统的缺陷及潜在故障。结合现场的安装设计,开发了一套实际应用系统。仿真分析与实验结果表明,文中提出的在线监测方案是可行的。

Abstract:Motor-driven on-load tap changer within power transformers is extensively applied in the voltage regulation of power systems, in which principal malfunctions or failures are of mechanical type. Hence, the monitoring of mechanical characteristics of OLTC is of utmost significance for a safe, stable and reliable operation in power systems. Based on a rotating angular transducer as well as digital signal processing techniques, an on-line monitoring methodology is established to measure, analyse and evaluate the dynamic or transient changes in the rotating angle of the drive motor operational in an OLTC, which can effectively indicate the underlying deficiency or even potential fault of the mechanical drive system connected to the motor. An application system is developed together with practical installation method incorporated. Computer simulations and experiments are carried out respectively, both show that the proposed on-line monitoring scheme is feasible and applicable.
