油膜轴承锥套过盈装配的耦合变形分析

针对油膜轴承的锥套与轧辊辊颈通过液压胀型实现过盈配合的装配方式，以及锥套和辊颈在工作中所产生的表面损伤特点，采用接触问题有限元法分析了锥套装配过程中不同工况引起的接触状态分布形式和变形耦合特征，讨论了锥套变形对其工作性能的影响。

On Coupling Deformation of Oil-film Bearing Sleeve under Interference Fit

Based on the analysis of interference fit assembly way of sleeve -roll neck of oil -film bearing and depending on hydroform and the damage traits on the surface of sleeve and roll neck, by using finite element method, this paper presents a systematic analysis of the distribution of contact status and characteristics of the coupling deformation caused by the different work behaviors occurring in process of assembly. Furthermore, there is a detailed discussion about influences of the sleeve deformation on the work behavior. The conclusion is of vital importance to achieve optimizing the design of the sleeve assembly and diminishing the surface damage.
