环氧硅烷外交联改性水性聚氨酯的研究

摘    要:合成阴离子型水性聚氨酯,使用环氧硅烷外交联改性水性聚氨酯。研究发现,环氧硅烷经预乳化之后能够与水性聚氨酯相容,改性之后的水性体系能够保持较长时间稳定而不凝胶,有效贮存期超过3个月。随着环氧硅烷用量的增加,涂膜的拉伸强度逐渐增加,延伸率先持续下降,后略有增加,吸水率大幅下降,粘接强度得到明显的提高。

Abstract:A series of anionic aqueous polyurethane were prepared,which were modified with epoxy silane by outer crosslinking. The results showed that the miscibility of aqueous polyurethane with epoxy silane was good,the modified dispersions were steady more than three months,the quality of initial film coating was excellent,the water absorption of the film was decreased,the T-peer strength was increased and the mechanical properties were improved.
