摘    要:在分析喂给式破碎机破碎机理的基础上,针对其结构特点,通过计算机模拟提出了喂给式破碎机生产能力的计算方法,为设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The crushing is the key section between continuous and discontinuous systems in the semi continuous technology of surface mines. The material feeding crusher has been widely used in the semi continuous technology system in surface mines, especially in foreign surface mines, for nearly 10 years, and it has also been employed gradually in the semi continuous system in surface mining in China. It has the characteristic of combining material feeding with material blending and a compact construction and is specially suited to coal and medium hard material crushing. Based on the analysis of its crushing principle and construction characteristics, the calculation method of its productive capacity was put forward through system simulation. The research provided a basis for its design.
