| Abstract: | With the introduction of overseas investments and the increase in foreign-related projects,FIDIC terms have been executed more and more widely.Particular emphasis is laid on the presentation of owners' expense management and project claims under FIDIC terms.Relevant measures and strategies are suggested,from the perspective of supervision units,to help the owners deal with project claims under the terms. |
