77MnA线材拉拔和卷取断裂分析

摘    要:采用光学金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,对77MnA线材拉拔和卷取断裂进行分析,分析结果表明:77MnA线材表面局部区域严重的冷变形组织和马氏体硬化层是导致线材在冷拉拔和卷取过程中断裂的主要原因,这种组织是在拉拔过程中形成的,主要与原始盘条不圆度超标有关。

Abstract:The fractures of 77MnA wire rod in the process of drawing and coiling are analyzed by means of optical- metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.Results show that the primary causes to the fracture in the process of cold drawing and coiling are existence of severe cold deformation structures and martensitic hardening layer in part of the wire rod surface.These structures generating in the process of cold drawing are closely related to deviation from the specification of roundness for the original wire rod.
