| 摘 要： | 在针式打印机中,加减速时间表的参数设置直接影响其打印效果及性能。本文介绍了加减速时间表参数设置对针式打印机性能的影响;给出了加减速时间表中加速、减速、匀速阶段的一次函数和指数函数速度公式、位相差公式和参数修正流程、方法;重点研究了加减速时间表参数设置的优化算法,通过捕捉实际脉冲与理论脉冲之间的差值来对加减速时间表的参数进行优化。

| Abstract: | In the stylus printer,the printing effect and capability are directly affected by the time table of acceleration and deceleration.The influence of the table on the printer is introduced first;and then the speed formula and the place difference formula,expressed by linear function and exponent function,are presented as well as the flow chart and method of relative parameters optimization.Finally,the algorithm of parameters optimization is studied,and optimized according to the difference between real and theoretical pulses. |
