碘量法测定锌(锡)粒中的微量砷

摘    要:研究了采用碘量法测定锌粒和锡粒中的微量砷。样品用酸溶解后,以铜盐作催化剂,用次磷酸盐将其中的砷化合物还原为单体砷,在中性溶液中将分离得到的单体砷溶解于定量的I2标准溶液里,过量的I2以淀粉为指示剂用Na2S2O3标准溶液滴定至终点。改进后的方法简单、快捷、干扰小,测定结果的RSD均小于5%,其加标回收率RZn%=92.4%~99.8%,RSn%=93.6%~100.5%。

Abstract:The study deals with the determination of trace arsenic in the grains of zinc and tin by the iodimetry methods.After dissolving the sample with the acid,with Cu~(2+) as the catalyst,by using the Na_3PO_2 reduction arsenic compound to monomer As.In the neutral solution,then dissolving the As with the standard solution of iodine,and with the starch as the indicator,the standard Na_2S_2O_3 solution is used to titration the rest of I_2.The improved method proves to be simple,fast,and without disturb.The RSD<5%,R_(Zn)% = 92.4% ~ 99.8%,and R_(Sn)% = 93.6% ~ 100.5%.
