摘    要:江苏华伦化工有限公司是用电大户,原化工设备陈旧,能耗高。采用热偶合技术、闪蒸技术以及新型HL-3醇醚反应催化剂、超长绝热反应器、HL-4酯化催化剂等多种技术和工艺改进措施,降低电耗,减少用电负荷,工艺改造节电效果显著。

Abstract:Jiangsu Warren Chemical Co., Ltd. is a big power consumer. The original chemical equipment is obsolete and has high energy consumption. The company takes a variety of technology and process improvement measures to reduce power consumption and reduce the electricity load such as the use of thermally coupled technology, flash technology, as well as the new HL-3 alcohol reaction catalyst, ultra-long adiabatic reactor, HL-4 catalyst. The process transformation improves significantly the energy-saving effect.
