磨削热对内圆磨床磨削深孔尺寸精度的影响分析

摘    要:对深孔内圆磨削时磨削热对工件尺寸精度的影响进行了探讨 ,通过系列实验 ,获得了磨床进给滑板、床头箱、磨具等内圆磨床关键部件不同位置的热变形曲线 ,并对其影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上 ,对改进砂轮修整器托架以减小热变形对工件与磨具回转轴线之间距离值变化的影响进行了研究 ,并讨论了砂轮修整导程、补偿量以及单向修整与双向修整对定程磨削精度的影响 ,提出了提高定程磨削精度的有效途径。

Abstract:The influences of grinding heat sources on the dimensional precision of deep holes grinded by the internal grinding machine are discussed. Through a series of experiments,the heat distortion curves of different position on such key parts of the grinder as feeding table,head box,grinding head are gained,and their influence factors are analyzed. The improvement of the bracket on the abrasive dresser to reduce the influence of heat distortion on the distance change between the workpiece axis and the turning axis of grinding head is investigated,and some influence factors as the refitting of lead,the compensation rate,refitting in one direction or two directions on the grinding precision in the constant grinding range are also discussed. Hereby,some effective measures for improving the grinding precision in the constant grinding range are presented.
