压制钛及钛合金电极用圆模材料的国产化

摘    要:详细介绍了压制钛及钛合金电极用圆模材料的工作性质、受力及受损失效情况,讨论了试制圆模的原材料合金化原则.对比分析了Cr12MoV和5CrMnMo的合金组成及性能差异,并最终确定了新的原材料。实际生产结果表明,产品经合理锻造及热处理后的性能完全可满足图纸的技术要求,实现该模具的国产化。

Abstract:The operating characters,failure condition forced and damaged of round die used for pressing titanium and titanium alloy electrodes were introduced in detail and raw material alloying principle for preparing round die was discussed.Alloy constitution and the difference of the properties of Cr12MoV and 5CrMnMo were comparatively analyzed and a new raw material was defined ultimately.The producting results show that the properties of the products fully meet the technical requirements after reasonable forging and heat treatment,and the nationalization production of the die is achieved.
